We do not do tiling and the wood work for the clients which makes the units affordable.
The idea is to offer you a basic unit and you can make it as beautiful as you wish in your own good time.

This size of a 2 bedroom maisonatte goes for 2.5M in Bamburi ,3M in Royal Palms Mtwapa and 3.5M in Crown Villas Shanzu.

However our clients get much more creative when doing the finishing of their units.
You do have to follow up on the work yourself. We send you the quotation from the fundis and supervise the work.

once your unit is complete, which takes 6-8 months, then you or a tenat can be able to move in. The recommended rental income for a 1.5M unit is 15,000/= a month. In Mtwapa there are families living there already. see below picture.
