MODIFICATIONS: HOW TO GET THE HOUSE YOU WANT

In the making of anything marketable,there is the standard and customization.
So is the case with our houses.

You can take any unit as standard or you can modify here and there to get the unit that you want.

Most common of the modifications in our estates is the extension on top of the parking to get the third bedroom. That costs you an extra 600K.

The bedroom is a master ensuite and can have a balcony if the client so desires as in the picture below.

The other popular modification is a servants quarter at the garden. The SQ meaures appx 10 by 15 ft and can be used as a closed kitchen. This modiication will cost you an extra 200K.
